EVE VEGAN® certification conforms to the vegan standard approved in Europe.
All the main vegan associations in Europe, which also have a certification body, have expressed their position on the minimum criteria for the use of the term Vegan (Vegan Standard 2019). The criteria of the EVE VEGAN® certification are indeed in line with this community opinion, and this since the beginning of its certification activity. The association Vegan France, at the origin of the creation of EVE VEGAN® certification service, is one of the associations currently involved in the project.
